I understand that it can be hard to find time to prioritise your mental health, wellbeing and happiness. This is why I offer a flexible timetable, with late appointments, to fit around your work schedule. I also offer online and phone sessions to minimise your travel time. The first thing we will go through together is how the process works, so that you know at every stage what’s going on. You will have a clear understanding of what is going to happen, the steps involved, how long the therapy will last. After a free initial phone chat, lasting between 10-15 minutes, to get an idea of why you want therapy we will book an initial assessment. 

This takes place over one or two sessions, each lasting between 1 hour and 90 minutes. During this assessment, we will talk through what (if any) medication you take, any safeguarding issues, and whe

We will build a picture of why you want therapy and how we might communicate with each other. Do they feel they can work with me? Can I help them?

I have an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy and started practicing in 2018. I have helped people with a wide range of problems including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, anger issues and many more.


As a member of the BACP, I practice adhering to their guidelines therefore ensuring a high standard for my clients.
